Atlas Copco of Nacka, Sweden, has acquired Entreprises Larry Inc., a distributor of air compressor solutions based in Montreal. The company has a strong presence in Québec and is said to mainly serve customers in the general industry.
Entreprises Larry is a privately owned company, mainly focusing on sales and service of air compressor solutions. The company has 65 employees and was founded in 1963.
According to Vagner Rego (above), business area president Compressor Technique at Atlas Copco, “this acquisition will strengthen our presence and further increase our support and sales to customers in this region.”
The purchase price is not disclosed.
The acquired business will become part of the Service Division within the Compressor Technique Business Area.
